Content management and features

The content on FirstView displays is managed via Internet by logging in to the FirstView user interface with your own username and password. With the easy-to-use FirstView manager all material on displays (or display groups) can be updated, edited and scheduled remotely from anywhere where there's an Internet connection.

On the FirstView manager you'll see a summary of your displays and active presentations, for example campaigns, price lists, guide signs, news, etc.. By clicking a display (or display group, for example 'lobby screens') you'll get to add and edit the content. With a few clicks you can send and schedule for example tomorrows sale offers or lunch lists for next month to selected displays in selected locations all over the city, country or world. FirstView InfoTV is especially designed for chain level corporations. Displays can be grouped by function (e.g. sales counters), by brand (e.g. Radisson Blu), or by region (e.g. markets Turku). The management of the displays stays simple and effective with the versatile, hierarchical user access levels. For example the head communication manager of a company can add templates to the systems, with the company logos and colors. A lower level user, such as sales person in store X, can add price lists and text on these templates. The company appearance stays consistent throughout the whole line, and all the displays are put to cost effective use.
