Sokos Hotel Bors uses the versatile FirstView InfoTV system especially for conference and guidance needs. First thing a customer finds when entering the hotel lobby is an overview display with all meeting reservations, with guidance arrows pointing them to a right direction. After finding the meeting room the customer find the meeting agende from a doorside display. Old, inconvenient paper notes are history! 

Meeting reservations are easy to add to the displays. The automation in FirstView system ensures that there are no overlapping reservations. The system also deletes already adjourned meetings. FirstView system is compatible with Opera and MS Exhange reservation systems which many hotel chain already use.

During the day, and especially after office hours and during weekends the same displays are used for advertising and marketing purposes. With one FirstView solution the hotel covers all its meeting, guidance and information needs.
