A guidance system for large sized complexes of buildings

The Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre is the largest exhibition and conference centre in Finland. It consists of 6 exhibition halls, 40 meeting rooms, Holiday Inn hotel, and altogether 11 cafeterias and restaurants.

With over 50 carefully located FirstView displays the centre guides the exhibition and conference guests to right directions. Moving around in the large buildings is easy with clear guidance arrows, and updating the meeting reservations and guidance screens can be done with just a few clicks. Before taking FirstView into use the centre personnel had to carry out over 6000 guiding paper notes in a year to lobbies and door sides.  

FirstView conference and guidance automation enhances the image of the centre, and especially guarantees customer satisfaction. With the same 50 displays the centre can show videos, images, Flash, RSS feeds and web sites for marketing and information purposes.
