Over 2000 FirstView displays can be found in Finland alone, and the amount of satisfied customers keeps growing fast both in Finland and all over Europe. The exploding growth of digital signage sets news challenges to the industry and system suppliers. Fortunately we at First Tech are prepared! First off we moved the FirstView Digital Signage services to work in a limitless and scalable cloud server.
Cloud services (also cloud computing) basically consists of ways to produce scalable and cost effective IT solutions to a large amount of customers. FirstView InfoTV continues to work as an SaaS service (Software as a Service), where the mediaplayers of our customers are attached to a server provided by First Technology. The formerly used physical server machines in multiple locations in Finland have now been replaced with efficient cloud services provided for example by IBM and Amazon..
By changing into cloud computing we ensure the stability of FirstView InfoTV in the future whether there are hundred or hundred thousand displays attached to our servers. To make the service even more secure we've scattered the cloud servers all over Europe, and the former server machines in Finland continue to work as back up servers. Reliability is one of the most important features of digital signage. It's a key feature that our team of R&D engineers keep focusing on.
All our old and new customer are automatically and without additional payments transferred to use the cloud services.
