FirstView meeting room displays were acquired for the ship. Outside each meeting room there is a booking tablet showing the room name, the name of the company or group using the space, and the meeting times.
The FirstView system has proven to be very reliable, and our conference assistants are able to quickly update the information on each screen via browser. There is also one larger screen on the meeting deck, which can be used as an notice board in addition to displaying meeting information.
